Work
But Seriously
Wine

Its part of Australia and someting we are espicially proud of. In Victoria you are probably never more than an hours drive from a vinyard and hopefully a cellar door.

We are very lucky with two great places only 30 mins from our house, we've also been to some great other vinyards including The Philip Island Winery.

Witchmount

Witchmount is not very far from our house and one of our favourites. Winners of the worlds best Shiraz for their 2004 which is amazing. Lets hope the 2008 is as good and they also have a fantastic restaurant.

The worlds best grapes? Well they were in 2004.

Shadowfax

Is the closest Vinyard to our house, in the unfashionable Werribee (For wine anyway)

Penfolds

Paul had to Travel to SA for work, to the Barossa Valley. Home of Penfolds Waltons vineyard.

He didn't have time to shop, good was Bina's opinion, but Bin 28 and Bin 389 are grown there. We'll let you know if Waltons are allowed free samples.

Below are some photos from the Stonewell Vinyard where shiraz and cabernet sauvignon
grapes are magically turned into St Henri and RWT.

Australia's most expensive grapes. Possibly

So all that's left to complete this page is the Adeliade Hills, Hunter Valley in NSW, Margret River in WA, Yarra Valley and Wangaratta . . . Oh and the smaller wine regions Belarine . . . . . . . .

We'll keep you posted.
